JCP, if you're playing as the Humans, you should also try the "Fast Expand" strategy. You could do a search on it, but it basically involves the following: 1) Build more peasants than you normally would initially. 2) Take your hero, your initial army of two or three Footmen, and about five peasants. 3) Do "Call to Arms" with your peasants and turn them into militia. 4) Go to the nearest gold mine and use your army to kill the creeps. 5) When you finish, your militia should turn back into peasants. Have them speed-build a new Town Hall. You'll get a ton of gold that way, if your opponent doesn't discover what you're doing and rush you. Just keep an eye on lumber. Then build a massive army with the extra resources and go run over your opponent. > It's a good thing you don't have to "nation-build" and convince all the races to live in peace under democracy.
