I still figure out how to arb the deal. If I short the stock at 9.90 and pick up warrants at a price of 9.20 there's a 70c negative premium.

Or is there a scenario where the warrants could end up worthless.

If I read it correctly the stockholders have yet to approve the transaction. Right?
