Skipper, This is the same management as then. Precisely the problem. ASND has entrepreneurial rather than professional management. As an example, I would point to the religious war they engaged in with x2 vs kFlex. ASND doesn't add value to their customers with the modem. Its the systems they put the modem in where ASND adds value. So if a customer wants x2 then give 'em x2. If they want kFlex, give 'em kFlex. ASND was stupid to get caught up in this religious war. BAY offers both. Even COMS said they would support both after the merger. The parallels between ASND and BAY of a year ago are hard to ignore. The problem with BAY then was management. The problem with ASND today is management. By most accounts ASND has good technology. It remains to be seen if ASND can execute their business plan. If not, at 7.5 times sales. they still have a long way to fall. I could easily see ASND trading in the teens. Hassell
