--HOW BROKERS WERE COMPLICIT IN BCIT'S COLLUSION TO DISRUPT COMMERCE-----

It started with the tipoff to some retail brokers like Scottrade by government entities from the SEC/DTCC of an impending trade halt. This tipoff (SEE MEMO BELOW) was well in advance of any notice given to retail investors who continued to buy and sell BCIT'S STOCK.

Hence as a result, you had a lopsided market...some brokers allowing ONLY sells and no buys (IMO to cover any short position still on their books before the halt was implemented...remember! THEY WERE TIPPED OFF AND TOLD TO "TAKE A CHILL ON THE STOCK") and other brokerages continuing to do business as usual inspite of Bancorp's corporate admonishments to them that the "certificates had been forged"

THE COLLUSION BETWEEN THESE AGENCIES (DTCC/SEC AND RETAIL BROKERAGES) IS ASTONISHING! IS THERE ANY WONDER WHY BCIT HAS NOT BEEN TRADING NOW FOR NEARLY 2YRS!!!! MILLIONS OF SHARES WERE SOLD SHORT BUY THE RETAIL BROKERAGES ON THIS FORGED CERT NEWS AND THE DTCC IS COVERING THEIR HIDE.

JUST READ THIS AMAZING LETTER THAT TIPPED OFF THE RETAIL BROKERS THAT THE SEC IS PREPARING TO HALT TRADING AND TO "TAKE A CHILL ON THE STOCK" BELOW.

IMO THE SEC/DTCC IS WORST THAN THE MOB!!! --MONEYMADE

================================================================
Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

"This letter is in response to your recent email regarding the suspension of trading for Bancorp International Group, symbol BCIT. I have read your email and researched accordingly.

The SEC notified Scottrade before market open August 30, 2005 of the trading isssues regarding BCIT, including outstanding counterfeit stock certificates and a chill on the stock at DTC. We acted accordingly to the SEC information. The SEC has temporarily suspended trading of BCIT due to the possibility of counterfeit certificates on the stock. Scottrade was not aware of the issue prior to August 30, 2005. As of the date of this letter there have been no trades on the stock since August 30, 2005.

While we understand your frustration regarding this matter, please be advised that Scottrade simply allowed you the means to purchase this stock, as we do not give advice to customers on which securities to buy or sell.

Please feel free to contact your local branch at XXX-XXX-XXXX or toll free at 888-675-1980 with any further questions."

Sincerely,
Lori Lustila
