Politically situation in Bolivia seems to be getting worse. Not good for SIL for now. I didnt realize that the president Morales had retained his position as the head of the association of Coca growers, who have apparently come in to demonstrate against the governor of some province to protest his support of increased state autonomy. There were ensuing riots and deaths and the governor escaped to another province in fear of his life. The governor Reyes and Morales are long time opposing political candidates.
