Charles, You're right -- this could become a long argument, and I don't want that either -- especially on a forum intended for stock market discussion. I hope we can agree that nobody's support is perfect, nor is anybody's software, and that subjective as well as objective factors can be important. I'm willing to leave it there. I agree.. done as far as I am concerned as well. Thanks for the links, I will check them out. Most of the time we need to visit SUN for support is due to our cusomter's incompetance anyway, and that is far more aggrevating than fixing a problem you have yourself (the same with having to go to MS)..
