Del, Thanks for bringing the PR to my attention, as I missed it. This is very good news. Sometime ago when I discussed the possibility of FRSH moving to Nasdaq NMS from Small Cap, FRSH said that there were some requirements that had to meet. Specifically mentioned was the need for two independent members on the board of directors. From the PR: "The company looks forward to the contributions of these new independent directors and anticipates that they will each play a significant role in the company's bright future." Note regarding Michael Brown: "Since 1995 he has served as director, president and chief executive officer of American Premium Exports Inc., an exporter of Florida orange and grapefruit juices to Europe."
