FWIW, it looks like Unicom's CDMA net adds trend may have moved from 250,000 a month to ~350,000 a month.

China Unicom end-Dec GSM mobile subscribers 105.87 mln vs 104.97 mln end-Nov

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - China Unicom Ltd (HK 0762; NYSE CHU), the country's second-largest wireless carrier, said subscribers to its GSM mobile service rose to 105.87 mln at the end of December from 104.97 mln at the end of November.


The company said billed GSM users increased by 6.1 mln in 2006, with prepaid users up by 4.7 mln.

Subscribers to its CDMA service totaled 36.49 mln at the end of December, compared with 36.13 mln at the end of November, it said.

China Unicom said billed CDMA subscribers rose by 3.44 mln in 2006, with prepaid users up by 327,000.
