"Sorry but I really like oranges and orange trees."

Citrus in general is nice. I have several citrus trees, a kumquat and a couple of Meyer lemons. Since we get hard freezes every decade or so, there is a limited selection that makes sense. Satsuma oranges do ok, as do tangelos, some lemons and kumquats. They need to be covered when it frosts, but most are good down to the low 20s or high teens. So when we have ice storms like we have had the past few days, they can survive.

Now my favorite are blood oranges. Love 'em.
