You may be right; Vitesse could be overvalued at this point. I have noticed masive insider selling in the past month. It could be that insiders, including the CEO, think that $29-$30 is a good price to liquidate holdings. In the past I have found it best to follow what the insiers do rather than what they say. A small amount of selling should be expected at about any high tech company because they liberally distribute cheap options. But selling out of a major percentage of holdingsby several insiders must be viewed with concen.
