This may not be popular, but Obama does nothing for me. Maybe that will change ...

For the most part Obama's speeches are just platitudes. In that respect Obama seems to just be a smoother talking George W. Bush.

Obama from that article: "Congress now has the duty to prevent even more mistakes and bring this war to a responsible end."

But is Obama pushing for a timetable? No. So what the heck is Obama talking about?
