Steve, I agree. There is a post a mile back, too, noting that PSINet is now satisfied with MAX TNT performance, so doubtless UUNET would be as well. I also think your point about delayed-Euro orders (i.e., delayed pending certification) is very important. In that regard, there was another post, however many hundred ago, that noted a $6M euro order (Deutshe something).
