Capstone Turbine Corp. The company also announced it plans to issue 40 million shares and 20 million warrants at an offering price of $1.14 a unit. The warrants will immediately exercisable at a price of $1.30 a share. Capstone said it expects to raise net proceeds of about $42.5 million. The firm said its cash and cash-equivalent balance will drop to around $25.5 million as of Dec. 31 from $39.4 million on Sept. 30, reflecting short-term liabilities and the timing of cash receipts.
