Hi Tim I guess I should have included the words "mind altering" when I talked about the consumption of substances. Remember Al Capone? He made a fortune from pent up desires of the people. Our country has a long track record of being unable to get rid of consumption by passing laws. It also has a long record of terrible, deadly results of these efforts. People have always been killed as a result of prohibition. Both then and now.
