It'll take a few years after that for any significant increase of oil production in the sands. Unless he arranges cancellation of the next election (God Forbid, but...), I don't think he'll be around to "take out" Iran at that time. I hear his next SOTU address will have something more than the usual. I guess he's going to make his case for Iran, then bombs away.
