Actually, ASND did warn invesotrs very early in July by filing the 8K when they were not required to. This was followed by numerous downgrades by reputable analysts. The writing was on the wall. Yet some of us refused to believe all these, then later turned around blame on ASND mgmt. If the bad 8K and total capitulation from analysts didn't scare the daylight out of us, then nothing will. I, myself tried to warn you almost every other day too. We have no one to blame but ourself. Please take it like a big man/woman and move on. IMHO, ASND mgmt did all of us a favor by throwing in the towel instead of trying to salvage this qtr so that the vicious circle of back-end loading can stop for once.
