Mark, Ron, or any others who take 'due diligence' to a much further level than I do (and probably for good reason, as your stake is probably much greater), I have a question that has been posed by our friendly IE Policeman DIVER but for which I still have not seen a response.

Has the processor been re-started? I thought the waiting period was over last Monday. But then, someone just yesterday posted that it was 15 days from 9/15. Can someone help me out with what the real story is here? I know you Limited Partners must be just dying to get that processor up and running. I would appreciate any info, either positive or negative.

PS. Ron's survey: I got the 'tip' from a friend who said to check it out, and of course I turned to SI as a source of rumor and gossip, and was impressed by the due diligence of many of you. I did order the investor's pack. I did call the company. And I even called that broker who had the misfortune of recommending the company about a week before it halted trading (I don't remember his name). Most of my info was from you guys. I definitely should have stuck with my 'sell half when it doubles' rule... but fell into the IE trap. (I guess I could have even instituted a new rule 'sell 1/4 when it quadruples' but got greedy <g>).
