That was really interesting, Jjsirius! As usual with your links, the links went to links and to links and then to links--and I am tired now... :-) Now...off topic. I am thinking of buying an MP3, Ipod, or whatever...mainly for the gym. I want decent sound and something that is not awkward to use. I hate headphones but I suppose there is no option, or is there? I have not bothered to keep up with all the audio rages so can anyone help this dinosaur?! Basically, I don't want to know this thing is there. I want the music to be there. Note: I don't particularly want to download internet music--just get my cd songs onto the device. And I don't need to carry one trillion songs with me at a time. I just want convenience, portability, and reliable sound. Again, in an exercise environment.
