Its not about like 5 lost lives is less of a tragedy to each family than 500 lost lives would be to their loved ones. It's more about perception: When the word "Hurricane" comes up, you guys in FL think in different scales. The so called "hurricanes" in Europe mostly means that some place and at some moment the y measured wind bursts above 60 knots, so by definition that qualifies for at least Hurricane scale wind bursts. Why did they name Hurricane Kyrill?
