I agree with you compeletly. I have been reading your posts and never liked them, simply because I wanted the truth be different. You were very informative and right to the point. Ascend has not been deceitful. They felt very pumped up at the begning of July and when they saw there could be a problem they issued the 8k. They tried everything to make a decent quarter and when they couldn't they issued their warning. They never said anything to show any disagreement with downgrading or reduction of estimates. All the stuff about mangment crediblity is nonsense. WD warned yesterday also and their managment couple of weeks ago was saying they are comfortable with the lower end of estimates which was about .80 and nobody has any problem with them.
