It is not personal to express a general idea- not even an idea you have an opinion on. Just because you happen to believe something, that does not mean that someone discussing an idea you happen to believe in, or disagree with, is personally discussing you, or being personal.

It is a general idea to express that sending men and women to this or that war was not for a good reason. If I say "the American Revolution was unnecessary" (to choose a remote war), that is not a personal remark about you, no matter how strongly you might agree or disagree with it.

It is unfortunate you chose to be so personal and insulting. I cannot say I am impressed by it. It does not convince me of the rightness of your cause, whatever you happen to think that cause is. It seems rather muddled to me. I'm not sure why you thought I didn't think there was blood shed in the US. What I said was that I don't see the connection between freedom in the US and war in Iraq. What that has to do with bloody US soil I've no idea.
