And I do think Saddam promoted terror, but he was tied up with interests in other areas. Which imo kept him busy. I say go after US threats first- and as Us threats go, I didn't think he was a big one. If Clinton disagreed with me on that, then Clinton was wrong (imo). I know you think Bill was my "boy", but he really wasn't. I disagreed with him occasionally, but thankfully he didn't invade and occupy any countries (way to go Bill!).
