Bingo! They'd LOVE for us to get into it with Iran. The Israelis have dual-loyalty "agents" scattered throughout all the governments and media of the west. I don't think it's any coincidence that the vast majority of PNAC are Jewish Americans, later members of the Bush administration. To many Jewish Americans, Israel counts for more than any state of the Union.
Of course, to say so makes you an anti-semite. Robert Kagan is the intellectual father of the "surge", so, we're STILL dancing to the neocon tune. I wonder if Bush has a clue?
