American Oriental CEO Sells Shares Thursday January 11, 3:28 pm ET American Oriental Bioengineering Chairman and Chief Executive Tony Liu Sells 1 Million Shares NEW YORK (AP) -- The chairman and chief executive of drug maker American Oriental Bioengineering Inc. sold 1 million shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Tony Liu reported he sold the shares on Monday and Tuesday for about $12.01 to $12.15 apiece. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. American Oriental is based in China.
