I really can't follow your argument, sorry.

My argument, in a nutshell, is that the ROW (Rest Of the World) can no longer look the other way when we see rogue states allowing terrorist training camps to operate freely within their borders and use terrorists as their proxies.

Maybe if you broke your argument down into a nutshell, 25 words or less, it would be easier for me to follow.
