You guys are looking at the wrong thing. Forget the short squeeze it is not important. The key is when TCI announces they are going to start digital in Texas. If you figure that out then that is when they will go commercialization. I figure shortly. If you can talk to Dick Baron who started Fox sports and now is running ACTV in the south he is saying this a absolute winner. The test results are staggering which were conducted over 18 months. Fox also believes the numbers on penetration are also huge. When they go commercial in next 60 days, believe, and if it takes off like Barron believes and TCI and Fox it will be to late to buy. Fox has signed over all sports rights to Actv till 2003 what do you think Fox is thinking. This is a sleeper ready to go.. I also ask one other very interesting question. Why would Phil leave Fox Sports to come to ACTV and leave a lucrative job.
