How Wall street fits into the new economy?

Simply by pricing stock; valuation will force CEOs to have better business plans to give stockholder value.

The reward is obviously more expansion of companies by merger and acquisition. The expanded economy will result in more jobs; and more middle class to buy stocks. More trading is the end result Wall street will be benefited.
