As Jon Stewart said the other night, Bush doesn't believe the CONSTITUTION applies to him, so, why's he going to pay attention to any other "pieces of paper"?

I think the end result will be that congress and the courts end up trimming the wings of the Presidency, just the opposite of Bush/Cheney/Rove's goal. Let's hope it happens before the clown starts WW III.
