So Count 8 was for her Hitsgalore misdeeds? That count was dismissed in November, after she was indicted on the other counts. Too bad it was dismissed.

Was it simply dismissed, or "severed for a separate trial"? Did the government decide she'll be doing enough time for someone her age? Or will they go after her again?
