Ironically, this has nothing to do with unions and everything to do with how to teach children coming from homes where there is limited ability to support the educational prospects of their children. As I said, there is no evidence that school performance varies according to unionization, and a landslide of evidence pointing to the social make up of the student body. With very few exceptions, the racial and ethnic make up of the student population will tell you how well students perform. You posted a link to an article that is about how to help those who now routinely fall of the table. Great. But it has nothing to do with unions.
