UPDATE ON RECENT ACTIVITY: 1) Struthers stock has gotten pounded over the last few days, but nobody has the kind of shares that have been hitting the market 2) The feeling is that the debenture holders have been notified by their agent J P Carey that they will be getting free trading shares from the conversion of their debentures into common stock without informing them that the court order for Struthers to deliver the converted shares is subject to appeal! 3) So, it appears that some or many market makers and/or traders are possibly shorting stock (selling stock they do not have in their possesion) in anticipation that they will be getting free, unrestricted stock in the next few days. 4) WRONG! The company in an effort to protect their shareholders is appealing the decision to deliver stock to J P Carey and their debenture clients! 5) So, for those who have sold stock which they do not have over the last few days, THEY BETTER LOOK OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE ABOUT TO GET SQUEEZED BIG TIME! BYE4NOW
