I read commentary on another board where dilution has decreased shareholder equity more than 30% in recent weeks. I'll assume it is true as it is difficult to get information about outstanding share counts from Shearson.

I also read rumor they cannot make supposed next quarter earnings numbers. Probably just talk, but either way the abundant dilution will kill the stock without miracles.
