I don't care that you're an EE. EEs are a dime a dozen, and none of them are claiming to have beaten it yet that I have seen. Given the effort that XM apparently put into it, there is no reason to assume that it can or will be hacked.

Which do you think the RIAA would prefer? 99 cents per song via Itunes or a couple pennies through this contraption you claim to know so much about?

At this point, we are both guessing until the RIAA is done with their options in court.

I would say this thing is over at this point. I don't believe XM will press it, personally. But we'll see.
