We won't resolve this here.

And I won't address the righteousness of it. My only assertion is that XM operating within current law with the Inno and are on solid legal ground. Which is the reason RIAA is working overtime to have the law changed. They wouldn't be doing this if they believed they were already on solid ground.

XM can win this should they decide there is pursuing it. I don't believe they will do so, however.
