True....But if you really want to go eat out, bring a book. I've done that too. My hubby's office assistant several years ago, was just a darling, beautiful, southern woman. She and her husband got divorced. She obviously didn't want for dates, but they were all rebound types. So finally one day, she said to me, in her southern drawl: "I'm not going to go try to find nice guys....I'm going to go do things I like to do....at least if I met a guy there, I'll know we have an interest or two in common"..... She started helping do backgrounds for the local Little Theater. She loved it! She starred eventually in two productions. And yes, she found her soulmate through that experience..... And yes, they are still very happy after several years now of being married....
