Thanks for the update. Although many of us were probably already assuming this was why the recent sell-off, I have just one simple question: Who knew about this lawsuit and why weren't we, the shareholders, told? Another instance of blowing off the shareholders. Please tell us why they are about to be "SQUEEZED BIG TIME". Simply b/c they are shorting excess amounts of shares and will need to buyback isn't reason enough. There needs to be something on the demand side to create a catalyst for the pressure to cover the short. IMHO, I wouldn't be able to give anyone good reasons to buy this stock at this time.
