Jeffery - On PE of NCR, I don't trust the number on turnarounds. If you really want to look at PE, look at what margins a well run peer can make and figure out earnings from there. I don't use it because it's too much speculation. I don't necessarily trust analyst's expectations either. For my own planning purposes, I take 80% of Zacks ACE values and they are usually pretty close.
