For $250,000 + benefits I expect focus and tenacity It takes a long time and lots of effort to get something up and running from ground zero. A startup situation needs a lot of patience and ability to overcome setbacks. If, However, you are used to the resources of a large corporation....then you can throw money and people at it until it does go.....or it dies a natural death. Wimbledon tennis rackets were abandoned - prematurely in my opinion. It looks like he ran out of patience. Lion Golf was a bad choice, and, like Wimbledon, he showed no staying power.......no determination to make a go of it. Vega......was at best an act of desperation. Victor........that is way out of focus from what should be the mainstream of Quadrax. For that salary I expect a pitbull mentality when it comes to turning the business around......not this butterfly mode where we flit from project to project and can't keep to the main purpose of the company. This is my honest opinion deduced from the publicly available facts - it is not intended to harm or defame anyone or any entity. This opinion is intended to point out deficiencies in Quadrax's management so it can do better in the future.
