Tim: If LU were to buy ASND it will be at a reasonable price. May be above 65 or so at minimum. I observed LUs acquisitions. They always paid at the underlying stocks 52 week high. If that be the case then 80 will be a reference point. Normally LU will not bottom fish or try to acquire when the stock is beaten up.
