TOL - On fundamentals I would be cautious. Look at the wide spread on earnings estimates for starters. That's an indication that there is going to be somebody that's got the wrong calculations on this stock and won't be happy. And then look at comps. TOL has enjoyed a fatter profit margin, that may not be substainable, relative to its peer group.
