So....what's the re-trace chart? I kind of favor 1987. Maybe it's some combination. 1987 was a pre-election year also. It was a year in which the public had had lost faith in their leader over the iran/contra thing and some other things. And, the year before, 1986, a 4 year year cycle low year, there wasn't much of a low, like 2006. Also, in 87, the dollar had been breaking down bigtime for a while. This is the 3rd longest bull run in history. The other two were the 20's and the 90's. We haven't had a 10% correction in the spx or dow since 02. The fed is flooding the system like in 99. Check out MZM. It's kind of early in the year, but I smell 1987.
