The goal should be the Elimination of ABSURDLY priced treatments that have NO efficacy. the goal should be the ELIMINATION of the ABSURD Insurance Carrier Middleman and cost structure in the 30-40 percent range. Get it down to a cost structure in the Medicare (5 percent) range. Medicare is actually an efficient Automated system that doesn't go through a HUGE (Administrative) system of denial. they have caps on the fee schedule but the administrative overhead is just not there.
