It's a mixed review. "Goldman Sachs analyst Chris Hussey made clear the current condition of the housing market is "very troubling." Buyers are canceling orders, prices are falling and homebuilders are taking charges to reflect land losing value."

However, it doesn't matter. You were looking at the chart for pop and you got it. Nice call Ray.
