Skokie and Evanston to mention just two North Chicago suburbs are in the lake? Are you trying to say they are tanking? You'd better tell the residents they are under water. It will probably come a a surprise to them. But you seem to specialize in knowledge that is unique to you.

Just about every school district that's not part of a wealthy suburb is hurting; hence there is a huge difference between the quality of education between the haves and the have nots. In fact, numerous school districts are suing their states in order to get more money [see the article I posted to you].

And I asked you for an example of building differently for different parts of the same school district and you did not respond. I accept your forfeit.
