If ARRS retains SeaChange partnership. then ARRS must sign on several cable customers to satellite feed into stable cable codecs to be used by SeaChange headends. This mixed and matched cable contents arrangement will give iptv some uniqueness, using DSL feeds to homes. And it can provide iptv media content without a surcharge by DirecTV(causing $48/month charges by telco),
