just because zell sold doesn't mean he thinks the market has topped the guy is old and he was offered a phenomenal return for his holdings he is dealing in a rarified environment where sufficiently deep pockets able to pay current valuations come along every day.... you might be able to say the same about blackstone group 10 years from now
