Hi everyone. I've been lurking on this thread for a long time -- I was ready to buy this stock at .40 but the required capital didn't come thru until the stock had risen to .79 . . . life's that way sometimes. Are we in the middle of an upswing or just the beginning (IMHOs, of course...) and should I jump in now or just wait and watch? I have heard some things that gave me pause in the thread so far -- is it at all possible that the mms are running up the stock to get out of $1.50 investments gracefully (and at a minimum loss?) Why did the stock tank from $1.90 before? Bad news from the company, or just market forces?

Anyway, this isn't really why I wrote -- I'm wondering about e-trade. I saw a thread on e-trade on SI, and there were rumblings about lawsuits and the like because e-trade didn't always process transactions in a timely fashion -- anybody have that experience? I'm looking to open an on-line trading account, but don't want to get involved with some company that isn't going to provide good customer service . . .

Please advise. Thanks,
