Unpaid for promises should not be kept.... I disagree prescription drugs were ever "promised". It was a concept which both sides believed had some merit based on the increasing shift in medical care to pharma solutions. But there was no promise to create a huge, new UNFUNDED benefit. Where are the fiscal conservatives?
