If the clause Maxam has agreed to with Xcentia does not stipulate a condition
that demands accountability, then whomever signed off on this agreement will be
held liable as conduct counter to protecting the shareholders.

"Xcentia is still working on the process..."

Unlike building a house or repairing plumbing, oversight of scientific endeavors
can be hard to measure, leading to easy deception if desired.

If Maxam can not report status given to them by Xcentia, then Xcentia decided
not to give any accountability to Maxam except for the type we get from each other
on this board (aka) not worth a bucket of warm piss
