I just went through the 10K in detail. There's lots new. I even found two nice little parts that I didn't expect. Recommended reading! I expected uglies over Grausz. I expected large bonuses and markedly increased spending. It looks great to me. Shareholder equity of $11,746K. Shares out are actually 26.9 million instead of the fully diluted number that they report. Bonuses were 2X $50K (well deserved, way to go Galton and Dondero!). Options are largely out of the money. Looks to me like Galton is sincerely working for his shareholders. Very, very nice. Good luck all! Rick
